Sled on wheels with kids on it

Anyone have or heard of a sled where you can throw your kids in and do sprints on the road?

Actually, a buddy of mine has a 4 year old and one of their favorite things to do is get out the dragging sled and his son sits on the sled. He pulls his son down to the local playground, kid plays, then dad drags him back on the sled.
