Does anyone really know how bad Sugar can be in ur diet while training free weight in order to get BIG and RIPPED?

it does, but it contains so much more. an aerobic competitor i met drinks (!) about 200cc honey after every workout. and he has a great body with incredibly low bf%.

That is a shitload of honey. That is more honey than would fit in the engine of the motorcycle I trained on, in fact, 75cc more.

Some people seem to think that milk is bad because it contains lactose. Lactose has the tendancy to hold water between the skin and muscle. I've stayed away from most dairy.

If you need something sweet to put in your oatmeal or coffee or whatever, try some Splenda. Its an artificial sweetner and supposedly has 0 calories. In reality is has some calories, but, its insignificant in small doses (like a packet or two).

From what I have come across, I have chosen to stay away from Splenda.

Ahh man. Weak!

Everything kills you. Saccharin was supposed to cause cancer. I think taken in moderation it'll be ok.

Stieva is gross alone, IMO. Its in my protein powder as well, and I guess its ok. I've tried it on my oatmeal though... ick.
