Every body starts somewhere buddy
Mine build was similar to you when I started, my bench was 40kg.... Now that sucks, it's up to 100kg now.
I have also posted some pictures so take a look.

But keep up your hard work and keep eating lots and lots of clean foods and your keep improving.

I'm giving it my all, man. I never knew it could be so hard to eat enough healthy food for gaining weight and muscle. I always thought dieting was the hard part. Haha

Intensity, intensity, intensity. Keep up the good work, every time you step foot in the gym give it everything you got, make sure you have a plan, and when you walk in, attack it like an animal. If you go harder and harder each time, and give it your all then nothing but good will come from the results!
