Hey all, I've been following HCT-12 since beginning of summer. Had a case of mono through August and early September but quickly got back on the HCT-12. Starting today I'm trying the Add 30 lbs to Your Bench Press in 30 Days.

Explanation of the name: I'm a Biomedical Engineering major at the University of Iowa. Go Hawks!

I'm a horrible person, I know, but I've changed programs. I've switched over to the 5/3/1 with the intent of ramping up my cardio and fine tuning my diet.
