I wore my super tight shirt this past Saturday and hit a 3-brd PR. it was the most weight i ever handled. I thought it was normal soreness at first but its feeling the same today. earlier today i couldn't do db hammer curls without my left elbow/forearm feeling funny. It didn't hurt or sting, just felt awkward and unnatural. Anyone experienced this before? tomorrow is my DE bench day and I wanted to see if I could do some stretches, body weight movements or some rehab at home before I hit the triceps hard. I got ice and thinking about jumping in the hot tub later tonight.
