It was my "speed" day and I know I need to work on my deadlift form. My legs tend to lock out too early, but im not sure how bad it is. The second link is my GF. Also we did DB swings, which are somewhat new as well, so please critique.

And should i move up to heavier bands?

I tried my best to pause it at the right moments and it looks like your starting with your shoulders right on top or little bit in front of the bar. Start with your shoulders behind the bar. also try rounding your upper back more.

I see nothing wrong with your deadlift form whatsoever. Take some video the next time you pull heavy, that's where you see technique break down.

As far as the bands, nothing wrong with what you are using. You can always switch to a heavier one for max effort work or just for variation.

Thanks guys or the comments.

Adam- here is last weeks ME Deadlift, but they are from a deficit. Im not planning on pulling heavy conventional from the floor for a while.

I still think your form is fine, but you need to hold your arch on that last one. Head back into the traps instead of looking down.

Cool thx. I'll work on that.
