Actually I just leave my own blocks at the gym.

Love block pulls, not so keen on rack pulls now plus the pin holes are far apart and to high for low pin pulls.

Nice work Nick.

I stopped doing rack pulls. Breaking contact feels much better off blocks.

It was a PR, 4 months ago my best was 600 without the bands from that block height.

I prefer 4" blocks but sometimes the higher blocks mix it up.

That is a hard position to start with, I prefer a 4" block.

Never had any experience with blocks as of yet, so no comment, if anyone would care to elaborate a bit on them that would be great! :) but strong pull so well done on that :)

Block pulls do the samething as rack pulls. They help make your deadlift lockout stronger. Block pulls give a more natural feel to deadlifting then rack pulls.

Yeah I too find 4" blocks easier to get the bar moving, I have an infection on my right shin so the 6" blocks meant I did not bother it at all.

I will film my next pulls from 4" blocks once leg is sorted, will do a few weeks at 6" blocks then 4 then 2 then floor all for different reps and with or with-out bands.
