This bench is about a year an a half old - has been used in 2 competitions and many training sessions.

I do the majority of my lifting in my garage, I go to the Portage Cardinal Fitness for cardio and assistance work.

I do my shirt bench training in Wheatfield at Hoffman's Barbell. Bryan Hoffman is the UPA state chairman, we have used this bench in a couple of his competitions.

Have you started competing yet? Bryan always has a cool outdoor meet in September, you should definitely do it. I would be glad to help you prepare for it if you want.
