hi , in the past few years i did westside or 5/3/1 , i think about changing to this "method" for intermediate or the texas method of this program .

has anybody used it ? i am a 585 raw squater , 360 raw bencher and a 640 raw deadlifter .. is this programming only for the beginner and advanced or is it pruductive for me too ?

here the link : http://www.yale.edu/gradrugby/stronglifts-5x5.pdf

because ?

for example ,on 531 there are workouts with only 3 exercises per session too ( squats , boring but big 5 x 10 , and hamstrings 3-5 x 10 ) ...the key is progression and handling stalling with deloads or changes . this is adressed in this 5x5 too , or not ?

there are several versions of Stronglifts out there.

which one are you referring to? The one in the book you listed is basically a shi tty version of starting strength

the texas method or stronglift for intermediate could be a choice...

WHICH stronglifts are you asking about? there is no one stronglifts, that Mehdi dude has put out several versions of the program...

If you are talking about the beginner 5x5 that has the A/B/A wk 1 and B/A/B wk 2, then you are well above the level that program is intended to target
