Here's a video of my bench workout tonight with close grips. Haven't gone heavy on close grips before so decided to test it and see where i was at. Shooting for 500 close grip soon!

April 17th, I'm doing the UPA nationals. It's really close to where I live and the people that are hosting it always run very nice meets, so I decided to do that one. I start my training for it in early Feburary.

Thanks man! It felt really good and I definitely felt like I had more left in me on that lift. If i'm feeling good in a couple weeks I might just try 500 close gripped and see how it goes.

Clean and STRONG!

Banger, I know he takes a ton of protein. Lol, trust me, I send it to him.

awesome, good luck. Any Idea about the numbers your trying to hit? or is it too early?

Thanks! As far as the numbers go, i'd like to break all of my best PR's in a meet, i haven't squated and pulled 800 in the same meet yet.... my best squat in a meet is 804 in belt and wraps, best bench is 507 and best deadlift is 800... so if i can beat all of those PR's in the same meet even by 5lbs each, that'd put me over 2,100 raw which has been my goal for a very long time. So that's what i'm training for!
