To the Pros and more experience Powerlifters

a) When I Squat and Deadlift, one rep max, I use a belt, fill my belly with air, increase my belly size and push my belly against the belt,

Is this correct ?

b) I also do that when I am not wearing a belt, is it proper ?

c) When doing a squat or deadlift, I take a deep breath and hold it thru the lift, and I sometimes exhale thru the end of the lift or when I reach a stable position

pls inform me if I am missing anything,

thanks :)

Sounds like you are doing the right thing to me. Normally you want to hold your air until you complete the rep, or reps (if you can).

I try my best to hold my air in, until the rep is complete.

When doing deadlifts and squats,

when pushing my belly against the belt,

a) is it just Filling my belly with air, which naturally increase my belly size, and maintain that belly size ?

or

b) is it Filling my belly with air and making my Belly bigger and Pushing and Pressing my Belly against the belt like your trying to Break the belt by increasing your belly size, or like when you Try to break the button in your shorts by pushing your belly against it,
