I still can't get over how much that bar compressed Jonathan. It made for an ugly rerack. But it doesn't matter. The squat was rock solid.... GOOD JOB Jonathan.

Big lift... too bad Jonathan is now a couple inches shorter. :) Can't wait to see what he accomplishes in the future!

How much do light bands deload? I measured the reverse minis and they are at 115 off the bottom. Have you guys measured the light? Id imagine 200? Im just too lazy to measure my self lol.

Actually Jonathan and I did the day the videos was taken after the others had left.

If I remember correctly the bar would just barely sit in the bottom of the safety straps as we had them set with a 45 and a 10 on each side. So this should be about 170 (this is a 60 lb mastodon squat bar) off the very bottom. The bar hung about 2/3 to 3/4 of the way down between the J hooks and the bottom of the safetystrap with a plate on each side. And it hung about a third of the way down under the j-hooks with a 25 on each side. There was a complete deload at the top.
