Haven't gone heavy on squats with reps in months, but considering I haven't been pushing my squats that hard lately, todays workout felt great!
Getting ready for my training cycle next month for UPA nationals in April.

Yes! I compete in all of my competitions raw. I prefer to do full power meets, but once or twice a year I like to do push/pull meets for fun. I lift in a federation (UPA) that allows knee wraps to be used for raw squats. Obviously the wraps do help quite a bit, but it's still a raw squat!

Impressive as always! One thing that really stands out with you is your form is always solid no matter how hard you push it. I really respect that.

got good base to build on going into the meet. Should hit some big numbers. I got my eye on this kid, strong the force in that one it is.
