Multiplus 2 for 1?

Just tried ordering multi Plus since the 2 for 1 banner is still up on WBB, but on the ALN website it doesnt have the offer. Is it still available 2 for 1?

Yes. That is yet another fix we need to make to the new site. For the time being if you order 1 you will still get 2.
