i am 7 weeks into my 9 week workout routine i have been using the conjugate method with great success, but for my 9th and final week how should i max on my regular lifts?. Should i do it all on one day like a meet or normal workout days, and my other question is i have been going strong and have not felt the need to deload at all during these weeks of training and have just taken days off when needed so should i deload next week and prepare to max my 9th and final week and make this week my last hard trained week

How did you max to begin with to establish your maxes?

I would do it how you did 9 weeks ago. If you did them all at once then then do that. If you didnt I would just max on your regualar days for that lift. Otherwise you wont have a true indicator of how much improvement you had.

well before i did not use a powerlifting routine i used a powerbuilder routine and i maxed on whatever days i had my main lifts so i wasnt sure if i should max all on one day to simulate a comp or to do my max lifts on the regular workout days
