Take a crap atleast 4-5 times a day maybe more? I no i'm force feeding myself more then my body is used to, but 4-5 times to crap a day seems quite a fair amount. I eat/drink supplements every two hours and within the next hour ill need to do the deed. :moon:

Does anyone else have this?
Should my body soon get used to it and need to do it less?

Input vs. output. You put more in, more will come out. If you're eating every two hours, you will poop a lot. You might as well get used to it.

First thing I noticed when I first switched to my fat loss diet was small amounts of pellet poop, granted the shape is probably more a function of fiber, but less food so less crap. I'd assume it works the other way around...
