just wondering how do guys feel about this depth. Also if you have any tips I'd appreciate them. Sorry about the bad angle. I had to set my phone up on a bench to video tape it.

Looked good to me, but I'm no expert. Was about the depth I go to, so I'm interested to hear what others think too.

If you were lifting in the IPA, APF, or SPF it could probably go either way. They have called the last couple IPA meets I've been to up in Columbus pretty tight, so they may have red lighted it. From what I've seen of the USAPL and USPF it almost certainly be red lighted there.
In my opinion it would probably be best to sink them another 1-2" in general.

It wasn't bad, but I would definitley try going a little bit deeper.

Looked pretty good to me but to safe you may need to go a little lower.

I have seen world records set with lifts that were not as deep.

For some reason I feel like a commercial gym wouldn't be too keen on me working out in my boxers look.I hit 425 the other day in training no problem. The depth was definetly fine . The video is in my journal.

Everyone calls other peoples squats high but most videos out there are of high squats!

How many people actually break parallel?
