150-200g is a high and more than enough amount
I would up your carb intake rather than increasing the protein intake.

Well - sorry to disagree with the "Wizard" - but I am 5-6 and 165 and my BEST gains came from adjusting my protein intake considerably higher. I usually take in anywhere from 200-275 (or 300 even) daily - have maintained my size and continue to increase my strength and do not plan to reduce my intake.

Ok, my opinion is that this method is counter productive and as has been said many times in the past, it's an expensive way to get glucose but since it works for you, it's respected.

Most peoples "better gains" come from the increased calories, not the increased protein. I still have trouble believing that we need more than 10% in our diet since human milk is around 10% protein. I don't count my protein, but I am well over 10% - I notice no difference in my gains when I go up or down some. Maybe I am missing something.
