Meal 2: 3 chicken tenders 8 pieces of asparagus
Meal 3: 2/3 Oats, 1 scoop of Isopure Mass
Meal 4: 6oz Eye of Round 1/2 Sweet Potoato 16 almonds
Meal 5: 3 Chicken Tenders 2 cups of Brocolli
Meal 6: 3 egg and mushroom omelet
