I work out 3 day a week. I watch what I eat. I feel muscle gains, but i need advice on how to cut more body fat.
Does anyone have suggestion on workouts or suppliments?

Are you doing cardio three times a week too? For me I lift 3 times a week, but also do cardio 5 times a week for about an hour in length. I do cardio after I have lifted on days when I lift.

I just confess, my cardio is about 10-20 minutes every time I work out.

Well protein is a part of a complete meal. What does your diet look like?

I dont eat breakfest, just one cup of coffee in the morning. for Lucnch Ill have a turkey sandwhich or a salad. for dinner grilled chicken, or salad.. Please dont laugh to hard ..Im new at this

I think most people will say that more frequent meals that are smaller are better. Keeps you from over eating and keeps your metabolism up I think.

An apple and a cup of 1% milk in the morning is a great start for me. But that's just me.

I like the idea from Tiare, one apple and a glass of 1% milk for breakfest.
