hey guys..give you a quick run down..
I'm doing HCT-12 on a 3-day split Tues, Thurs, Saturday.. I'm on a calorie deficit looking to cut between 10-25 pounds. I started at 211-214 and I'm currently at 206 (rough weekend with a bday party yesterday :tuttut:).

How much water does one retain taking creatine? I take it immediately after workouts with my protein shakes and I've noticed I can't get much below 202-204. I don't think it's time for less food to be eaten yet.
I'm not sure what's holding me back.. I know I'm eating WAY healthier than i did at 215 lbs. and I haven't lost any weight on my lifts but my BW is going down. Maybe I just need to give it more time? seems like my weight changes the most depending on what type of meal i have for supper. If its mostly protein and i go over my calorie mark for the day.. I still lose. The opposite can be said for carbs. does this sound right?
