Sorry If I did this wrong Its my 1st time and I dont know how to upload
I weight 157 at the moment and last year I weighted in at 220 so lifting has helped alot

Can't believe you were 220. Keep at it bro and sometime down the road you just might be 220lbs of lbm. You're definitely very lean... you could do a lot in a year or two with enough steak potatoes shakes and all that good stuff

Thanks man and yeahh I had no muscel back then I remember when 90lbson bench was hard but yeah ill get there. You should start checking in on my journal next week im going to run westside and see were that takes me.

Thank you, sorry I dont know how to make the pictures bigger. I will Probebly show some more progression pics a few months down the road.

Berfles is a member on here that started out at 135 lbs and is now 235 with impressive stats following a very simple routine.

To "Berfle" would be to stay consistant in training from a low weight (like your current weight) until you gained a 100lbs of mass and added 800lbs to your total. :evillaugh:
