Ok so here is the deal. I will be attempting 30 rep squats...

I will start as below with 60KG working up in 5KG at a time (11LBS) Every few weeks or so to see how far i can get. Trust me this is 60KG but it still F'ing hurt.

I will keep this thread updated with each attempt to share my pain with everyone....


1st one down. Two weeks time i will do 70KG...

i've done these before! the addictive thing about them is that you always know you have one more rep, but after about 15, you REALLY don't want to do it. if nothing else, it's a man maker

Ouch! Great recipe to get some serious DOMS. Builds some good mental tuffness though! Keep it up

Cheers guys, as for the DOMS i have never felt anything like it, it built up and up for the hour after and still has not gone!
