I am having trouble with my form on all three lifts really. I am 9 weeks out from an SPF meet and have posted a video of my squat and bench on here and got some good feedback. Heres a a video of my deadlift from yesterday. My top set was 525x2 which was a pr, but not a big one, and I'm wearing a tital velocity with with very worn groove briefs under. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
