How much weight could I potentially put on I going to put on in the next month if I stay consistent with the diet, at least 3000 cals in solid food, and going to the gym?

this, when I did it a few years ago I gained a little less than 15lb in 5 weeks. My average daily intake of food was around 4,500 calories, with many days in the 5k range.

simply speaking in mathematical terms, one gallon equals 16 cups. There is about 150 cal in a cup of whole milk, so that equals 2400 cal. 3500 cals equal a pound. So in a week, you'd be taking in an additional 16800 cals. Divide that by 3500 and you get 4.8 pounds. That's just from the milk, I didn't include your 3000 cals in whole foods nor have I any idea how much you're going to burn throughout the day and with working out.
