Well, now that I am hoping to get serious about lifting. What a better way to start than show an example of my routine and share it with you guys. And also show my starting physique. But some info on me,
Im 14 years old, 149 lbs and about 5 foot 11. I am probably believe it or not, the quietist guys youll ever meet and a hard worker when I have a manageable workout in front of me. I also am not the strongest, but probably have better form than anyone in your average gym.
Heres some of my personal bests:
BP Max- 165
Back Squat Max- 145
Power Clean Max- 95 lbs
I know they are pretty weak numbers and my physique is not what it could be, but I guess you have to start somewhere.

Todays workout
Dbl. BP- 3X8
CloseGrip BP- 5X3 (80% max)
Shoulder routine- 8X3
Dips-40X(4X10)
Push Press- 5X5
Good Mornings- 5X5

The link is just where i am physically at about one month of this type of workout, with a combo of legs and abs too.
