Hey guys, I am just wondering if I could get some much needed tips on the bench press. I watched the "so you think you can bench" series and it did give out some useful tips that I tried to use in this video, but I still feel my form is pretty bad. It felt very uncomfortable (he says it should in the video) and that's something I never felt when benching. It was weird arching my back so much and driving my legs, but I guess it's supposed to help. I know I'm weak as hell but I'm just looking to better myself and to progress. Thank in advance guys.

take a video where people can see your feet too, Id say get more upper back arch, pull shoulder blades back more.

Also lower the rack you lose arch and shoulder blade tightness when you unrack because its too high.
