I'm 21 and play college baseball and am a strength coach. I actually did attempt 600 heres a link to the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJqiol2fhJU I thought I had it but they gave me red lights. Gotta get it next time!

Great job on that one too. Like Brian and I asked in your other thread, have you ever thought of brining your stance in?

I will defiantly give it a shot. What type of advantage would this give me vs the stance I have now? Just curious/.. Def will try it out.

Potentially more quad activation, thus more power off the ground. Also it will allow you to bring your arms closer together which decreases the distance the bar has to travel.

Also, I am not seeing what was wrong with the 600 lift...

Getting closer may put you in a more powerful position to start, and as mentioned allow you to bring your arms in. Might be more comfortable with continuing how you are now. Certainly has served you well so far.

Oh. I thought "red lights" meant that the lift didn't count.

Awesome lift man!

I'm also wondering why you got red lights on the 600 lift? I'm not quite sure what that means, because I thought that it meant it didn't count either.
