if you wanted to implement box work into your training would it be best to do it as gpp work, or as acessory on ME squat day or DE squat day

That's when I was thinking of doing them but wasn't sure how many sets of them should be done, I was considering starting at 30" and go to 49"

When I do them (not very regularly) it's generally as GPP. I would think if I put them on my DE Lower day I'd be much more consistent with doing them, so scheduling them to actually get done is an important consideration.

I would only do about 3-4 sets and somewhere between 5-10 reps. I don't think it really matters, so just do what feels comfortable to you. I would switch up with adding weight and doing just bodyweight.

DE and do what feels comfortable with you, If you go really high like 49 like you said I would do 3 reps, but its prefrence.
