Hey guys I lost my last Log, and I have been motivated by a select few to run SS( you no who you are) I will be doing the Program as written except I will add some Supplementary Lifts.

Program A
Squats 3x5
Barbell Bench Press 3x5
Deadlift 1x5

Program B
Squats 3x5
over head Press 3x5
Power Cleans 5x3

I will be using only two supplements Creatine, and Protein Powder.
One Rep Maxes
Front Squat 140
Bench 175
Dead Lift 185
Over Head Press 95
Power Cleans 115

A Chest+Triceps
DB Flies
Cable Flies
Dips
Skull Crushers

B Back+ Biceps
Barbell Rows or One Armed rows?
Chinups or Pull down
Preacher curls
Hammer Curls
What do you guys think?

yeahh Well i also wanted a strict SS Log so I can see how far ive come in this so here I am.
