Officially been seriously lifting for about 8 months now. However i;ve always done light lifting through high school. Time to be serious though, I'll be planning to be 220 at 10% bf for football by the end of this summer, currently 200 at 9%.
I'm in the middle of a 9 week program setup by our football coach and will not have maxes posted till that's done, however my bests lifts are:
DL (hex bar): 485 for 3
DL: 415 for 4
Squat: 315 for 8 (after 3 sets prior to :))
Bench 265 estimated max for now.:whiner:
I consider most of my lifts low compared to where i should be at a solid 200, however this is only the beginning of my lifting, everything i have thus far has been earned from hard work outside of the weight room (extreme overtime during wrestling season) basically taking the extra mile during practice.
EDIT: Looking for an overall opinion on size and proportion.

Hang clean Max: 285
hang snatch max: 185
