Vids of my second to last heavy bench day leading up to the Lexen Pro/Elite meet. Weight is good, sitting at 247 for an easy 5 lb drop to 242, and I dont feel beat up too bad either for an old fat man.

Thanks guys. Yeah Travis--back in the Douple Ply Katana. The Katana is easy to touch in compared to the Metal Ace. lol. I bet you never thought you would hear "Katana" and "easy to touch" in the same sentence.
