31 year old, 210 lb., healthy male, just maintaining weight.
Is consuming 32 oz. of pineapple juice per day too much?

32 oz is just under a litre if my maths is not mistaken. Roughly 400 calories I would imagine. It's fine as long as you have room for it in your daily totals.

Ok, thanks. I was concerned I may consume to much acid by drinking that much.
1 liter = 33.8 oz, so yeah just under a liter.
32 oz.
520 calories
1400g potassium
120g carbs (104g from sugar)
400% vitamin C
8% calcium

pH of your stomach ~1-2
pH of juice ~3
Juice is going to be anywhere from 10-100 times less acidic then your stomach, and actually ends up turning your body more alkaline during it's processing.

Pineapple is a tropical fruit, it contains a proteolytic enzyme bromelain, which helps in the digestion of protein. Pineapple can prevent blood clot formation because of its bromelain content.
