I am currently livinng primarily off PBJ and 2% milk - its easy to make, I suck at cooking. Anyway... I was reading up on some PBJ nutrion facts and found out that the avg PBJ has an. Average of 250 calories, 15 grams of fat and 33 grams of carbs with an avg of 7 grams of protein.

I have been eating up to six a day.......

Eat everything you are eating now plus a gallon of milk.

The only thing I will add is that you shouldn't be living entirely off PB and milk. 'Everything in moderation' holds up here. It is possible overtime you may develop an intolerance to nuts doing this (I dont know how much truth there is to this) but more than likely you'll just get sick of it entirely. There is nothing wrong with 3 PBJ sandwhiches a day, and then having some other foods in between. Try some chicken and beef, and some fruit and vegetables.
