Don't waste your money..

Buy green tea extract pills to suppress your appetite/possibly help burn fat.

Thats sounds lazy.

Diet + training is the way to go.

Plus why not just buy regular green tea and drink 2-4 cups a day?

Eat well, kick ass, sprint, lift heavy and sleep.

If you're going to buy anything, buy a thermogenic. They help with appetite suppression as well as providing energy while on a cut, but don't fall prey to the Muscular Development hype. No, NO fat burner will make you instantly ripped, or even provide enough weight loss on it's own to make it worth it. I run a ECA stack, and have for a while, it's been the best for me.

That was my reaction too :-) The only thing that comes to mind that you can eat to help you lose weight would be celery. I read somewhere (probably on here) that it takes more energy to eat and digest celery than is contained in the celery. There may be other stuff like that.....I'm not sure. Too bad celery tastes like ass.

I find a combination of Synephrine and Caffeine to greatly help with appetite and energy levels. I've used every fat burner made over the years as I got them free while working for GNC and Nutrition House and some of them make a huge difference in appetite and energy.

If your appetite is controlled you will stick to your program. If you're sticking to a hypo-caloric diet you may find your energy levels drop off precipitously. If a thermo can help with these things they certainly can be of value.

Unfortunately there is no such thing as an actual "Fat Burner".
