This is the meat of my bench workout. Feel free to point out any mistakes on my technique. I am by no means a master of a bench shirt. I am going to lift full power April 9, in the SPF, single ply division. Any suggestions on how to finish out my cycle? sorry if I post these videos incorrectly

Looked pretty damn good to me. Only thing I might suggest is driving your heels down as soon as you take the bar out. That usuallys gives me more stability and leg drive off the bottom and keeps me from flattening out when the shirt locks up. You realy did look strong though, so I wouldn't really change anything.

I have gotten the suggestion about pushing my feet to the floor from several, also about tucking my elbows better. Keep the feedback comming guys. I want to fix any issues. I have time to fix them before the meet.

your pressing looks super easy, the only problems I see are with your stability. Especially your butt/hip area. I think that whole area should be locked in and not move at all, even before the bar comes out of the rack. I feel more stable with my feet our personally, but whatever way you do it, your body should be very tight, stable and not wiggle around
