Hey guys Football workouts have started, and Im gonna make a log to track all my goodies.
Starting Weight 159
Bench 165x3
Front Squat 175x3
Dead Lift straight bar 225x5
Power clean 90x3

Just using Protein 4 workouts per week, and Wensday moning conditioning... Will also post Conditioning as far as off the record that means not counting wensdays.
