Hello, I am new to powerlifting/strength training workouts, but I have been lifting weights since I was 19 off and on I want to be stronger so I made the goal of bench pressing 400lbs curling 200lbs and military press of 200 right now I am doing dumbell curls of 70 lbs (5 reps 5 times every 2 days), bench press of 70lbs (same as curls) and military press of 70 lbs (same as curls)

My question is what can I do to achieve these results? What type of training regimes do you think I should do? Thank you very much
