Looking for form critique/depth critique. This is a 50lb PR from 365 about a year ago so I'm happy with it.

First off congrats on your progress, keep at it. However, that squat is not parallel.

You're really coming up onto your toes on that. Is it a high-bar squat?

It's more of a high bar squat, but wasn't meaning for it to be. I usually have the bar lower on my back, but wasn't thinking about it.

sick weights right there... its def not parallel, but its only like 2-3" high so its not like thats not a very nice lift. great job man

Props for getting under bigger weights. Keep working on form and depth and you'll own that weight soon enough.

Mark, ever thought about taking a wider stance? Lower bar and a wider stance and you could sit nicely back into your squat better which would also help you stay on your heels.
