I love'em.....grilled with a tad of olive oil and some seasoning. FitDay says they've got almost as much fat in them as they do protein. What I want to know, is if a lot of that fat makes an exodus if they're cooked on a hot grill for a pretty good while......like 35 minutes. I keep'em flipped often so they don't scorch, and honestly I can't believe that much fat is left. The meat certainly doesn't feel greasy. Am I wrong? I'd like to have a more accurate accounting for the fat content if it's possible cause I eat them a lot.

Ah nevermind.....I found the skinless option. That number makes more sense.

Try chicken liver, its amazing and pretty cheap.

I've had fried livers and they are good, but I couldn't eat them very often. I always thought they had a strong and gamey flavor. Thighs I can eat like candy though.

Unless you're nutrition facts are for fried chicken thighs, grilling them will not change the fat content much at all.
