I was watching the so you think you can squat series. I liked the SSB GMs as a way to build that supportive upper back strength as I have noticed that I tend to round over. I don't have access to a SSB though so I wanted to see if there are any other exercises that might be good to help build that weak link. I currently do standing GMs BBB style as assistance onmy squat day. Thanks in advance.
