Whats up guys I know its been awhile since ive posed, but im still lifting. My coach ended up making me a program, beacuse he didnt like westside go figured.

Upper
Bench press 8x3
Over head press 5x5
Inverted Rows 30
Pull ups 15
Whatever eles I want

Lower
Over Head squat 5x5
Front Squat 10x3
Dead Lift 5x5
Power Clean 5x5
whatever eles I want

Previous Maxes
Front Squat 155x1
Bench 165x1
Dead lift 185x1
Over head press 75x5
Pcs 90x5

New Maxes
Squat 185x3
Bench 170x3
235x5
Over head Press 105x5
Power Cleans 135x1

im honestly loving my gains, and ive gained 6 pounds as well!

Good lifts so far man. Keep eating and lifting and they won't stop going up. you playin football?

Good stuff. I would only advise that you do Power Cleans as your first exercise when they are in you rprogram. Good stuff.

If you want to pack on lbs for football, wrestling will not help.

Yeah I know man, but right when you started to help me out my coach approached me on the program were starting to do, and I wanted to get a head start, and I will do Power Cleans first do you suggest from the floor, or under the knees?

I'd like to encourage you to stick with it. I first became interested in lifting around your age, probably more like 16 or 17. But I just screwed around with it here and there and never got serious about it. If I had I would be so much farther along now. You are in a unique position in life where your body is almost as capable as that of an adult but you don't have near the responsibility. I hope you take advantage of it.

I definetly will liftings a huge part of my life but I sometimes skip a session to see my girl friend naughty me:evillaugh:
