1. I do zercher squats starting from the bottom instead of clean grip front squats. What are the major differences in carryover?

2. Is it enough to do continental cleans and hand over hand for lats or should I add anything?

3. Except for hand over hand and truck pull where are the lats tested the most? (Not just stabilizing like in the overhead support.)

4. What are your experiences with close grip bench press from the rack? (It is my only strict press and it really helped my lockout in the push press.)

5. After removing gripper work due to pain in the forearm I concentrated more on support grip via farmer hold and farmer walk. The pain is gone. Is crushing grip in strongman necessary?

6. Is the chest tested anywhere except in squeezing stones?
