Looking solid man, really good cut, doesn't look like you lost an ounce of muscle. I'm working with shelby right now myself, it'll be week 14 this upcoming monday for me. Down from 211 to 192. Would you mind telling me how tall you are?

Good stuff. I'd love to hear some more details about the nutrition he had you on throughout the week.

You should also pick a few shots earlier own and few recent ones so a more straightforward comparison to show the progress.

im 5'9 if you read the book the macronutriens guidebook the diet is basically laid out exactly like that and tweaked based upon how sensitive you are to carbs ,,my diet has been very straightfoward the whole diet but i dont cheat and basically eat excatly the same thing every day,

Great work. Very impressive. I have to get back to cutting myself. Can't wait.

That's one jacked joker right there! Gorsky's leanness must be contagious!

A lot leaner for sure. You look a lot better to boot compared to the first pictures. How has your strength held up during that cut?

believe it or not with exception to a slight squat decline,,my pull feels the same and my bench actually inproved,,i seperated my a/c joint a few weeks ago so that a set back but my pressing has definatly gotten better,,i definatly put on muscle during the cut,,before this diet i never weighed my food or really paid good attention to macronutrient levels,so im looking foward to doing a lean bulk and then cutting again.

Was this a 9 week diet?

i worked with shelby for 12 weeks..im doing my own thing now..still carb cycleing but ive been messing with the macro's a little biy to try and cater it to the kind of training that i do and the way my body recovers best.
im around 191-190 now..i dont want to loose anymore before april 16th.im competeing @ 181 raw in the apf..once i sodium deplete and get the solid food out of my system ill probably be sitting somewhere around 186 and ill just dehydrate the rest,,,nice easy cut.
