Just wondering how big a difference the type of whey you consume has on your body. I am about 5'9" and 175lbs and have been training for a few years now. I do want to add more muscle and be able to shed the fat at different times of the year. Currently I just use the ProLab stuff that is a blend of whey, but will taking a purely whey isolate make a big difference? Is it worth the price difference for the gains, if any, that I will recieve? I will not be competing at all, but do want something that will help my hard training.
Thanks!!

If you are interested in knowing the differences in types and their specific advantages and disadvantages, check out the link below, which is Lyle Mcdonald's articles.

To all of the above: no, probably not.
