Tingling with Results

Any of you guys experience and tingling after you take Results? I'll feel it for a few minutes in my legs or back and then it's gone. Is that normal? Am I allergic to something?

I think that might be the beta alanine. I feel it maybe half the time. I notice it a lot less when I take it about 45 min pre-workout vs. just taking it and then doing something non-strenuous. I think it is fairly common and not a cause for concern. It is annoying but really not that bad.

I haven't noticed any tingling. But I split my two scoops during the day.

its the beta alanine, and perfectly normal. some people feel it some dont.
