Im sure some of you have the eating down to an exact science. Can someone help me dial in my macro intake percentages for fat/carbs/protein?
IM 6"0 195lbs with approx 165lbs lean muscle mass, i'm looking to increase my size and strength for the big 3 lifts. Routine is going well but the food is a mystery to me. I usually struggle to reach the 3000 calories i was aiming for which is why opticen is in there twice, a more accurate caloric number would help too.
