OK - so all the muscle rags have ads for this overnight slow release protein... Anyone tried it - opinions? SO far, I am thining fad.......

I was going top get it but thats a lot of money for a jug of protein!!!!!!!!!!! I have a regular protein shake before bed and it seems to work for me..I would heavly research this before you shell out $100 bucks for that nitecharger stuff

It's a horribly overpriced gimmick. There's nothing special, or revolutionary about the formulation. Just buy some casein or eat some cottage cheese or some meat. It'll have the same effect.

you know, what i do when im bulking.. i get up i nthe middle of the night and open a can of tuna..and go back to sleep..i used to do the protein at nite thing, but wasted to much money..

Come on, they make that from overnight cows! It must be true.
Have your self a nice MRP or your favorite protein shake. Something with a couple types of protein, that will absorb over the next several hours.
Have one before bed.
Have one half way through the night. I've tried it. After a week, I woke up at 4am every night hungry, and ready for my shake. More food = more muscle.

I bought the Somna-Bol before I payed $120 for 15 shake and IMO it was worthless. Like Blood & Iron said cottage cheese or a ton of milk before bed works best.
