I take ATP creatine Serum about 10 minutes PRE workout, Creatine powder in my protein shake POST workout, and Glutamine in the AM's (workouts are PM)

Also taking a lot of protein bars/myoplex ready to drink shakes, etc...

Is this too much?

maybe TOO MUCH money.....drop the serum like a bad habit...it is ineffective.

Ineffective how? All the reading Ive done says MORE effective, if anything...

Creatine is unstable in liquid. If you look a bit there was like a 20 post thread about this a week ago.

If you have the money to burn, then, great. You're not really taking a lot of stuff. Protein bars and mrp's aren't THAT great. Try to get some real food in if you can. If you can't, well, its better than nothing.

I've been complaining about liquid creatine since it came out and their finally stopping it's production as it's proven ineffective. Now let's see all those guys at college tell me how great it is.
