If you had to guess..how much money have you ever pissed away on crappy supplements..you know..that jug of stuff that didnt work and sat in your cuppard for a year..lol!!!!! we all have done it..in my first few years of BB i know I pissed out $100 t0 200 on crap..anyone here fell prey to the scams??? whats the biggest scam you ever fell for???? mine was the old weider mega mass 4000crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yep I bought that junk..I was drinking it dfown and all i saw was a gut coming in even though i was bustin ass in the gym..that stuff got trashed that was in 1996 I think...

the biggest scam i think for me was the abenergizer yup i bought it i was dumb both i bought xenadrine and im seeing good results
spending money on two three pound green dumbells.
Good for throwing at people, though.

It was called 'Triboxen.' I wasted 120 dollars on thsi supplement that was supposed to pack on muscle. Well I gained nothing.
Oh ya, and Cell Tech.

Well, I joined Bally's holiday health in 1988 and worked out there for exactly 6 months before I went to school. I kept my membership active since then (that's 14years roughly) and have used their facilities for about 2 years total on and off.
Membership was roughly $1200 for the first 3 years then it dropped to $8/mo for 3 years and since then has gone up steadily until now at $17/mo. I figure I've spent roughly $2800 on Bally's and gotten about $700 of use out of them. It's my own fault, but still that's about $2100 for a plastic card in my wallet. I'm looking for a new gym now if anyone wants to buy my presidential premeire membership :D

A protein supplement called 'musashi'. It sucks.
It makes loads and loads and loads of bubbles, tastes like crap and makes you feel bloated and bad....

The single biggest waste of money for me was Cell-Tech. We won't talk about the total waste of money : )
The best deals were cheap creatine (works great), adipokinetix, and xenadrine.
